We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item (lighting products from our store) must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at kay@severnlighting.com. Kindly note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not return items without first submitting a return request, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Wooden products (due to texture and color variations)
- Handmade glass products (due to bubbles or color variations)
- Custom orders (e.g., personalized items)
- Large lighting fixtures (e.g., custom chandeliers, table lamps, wall lamps, ceiling lights, floor lamps)
- Orders exceeding 2,000 USD are also non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your specific item, please reach out for clarification.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one, and after your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-day Cooling-off Period
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
