Warranty Policy
Severnlighting provides a 2-year quality warranty on all products listed on our website (bulbs are not included).
Within 2 years, if there are any quality issues with the installed products, please send photos and videos along with your order number and a description of the issue to kay@severnlighting.com. Our engineers will respond within 24 hours.
(Note: Installation must be done by a professional electrician; any issues caused by improper installation are not covered by this warranty.)
If the issue is caused by malfunctioning accessories, a free replacement will be sent via express shipping. For other issues such as circuit problems or other complex faults, our engineers will help diagnose and resolve the problem, usually within 1–2 business days.
Exclusions: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damage, or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty.
After the 2-year warranty period, replacement parts are still available; you will only need to pay the shipping cost. Technical support will continue to be provided to help resolve any issues.
